The waterfall, dry stack stone wall, and serpentine flagstone walkway adjacent to the classic stone patio were installed flawless with attention to detail. I highly recommend Pondscapes for anyone considering water features to enhance outdoor living space. Paul’s professionalism and perfectionism are matched by his creativity and insight.

He listened to my vision taking into consideration the available space and delivered a rolling water fall, combined with a stream to provide a place for birds to drink and bathe, and topped it off with a pond incorporating a “floating rock” used as a stepping stone, combining artistry and functionality.

Throughout the process he made himself available to answer questions and continues to provide excellent service in pond maintenance. I thoroughly enjoy my pond and the water feature. Listening to the tranquil sounds of cascading water while watching the antics of fish, frogs and birds, provides a peaceful and relaxing experience.

While there are many companies that will install landscaping features, it is very rare to find an artist of Paul Zelenka’s skill and attention to detail. Our historic city home and its contemporary addition, koi pond and tennis court necessitated a very sensitive integration of paths, steps and patios. Paul and Stacie of Pondscapes have been managing my koi pond for the past 3 years. They have been doing a fantastic job. I own my own landscape contracting business so I don’t have a lot of time to devote to the pond, they handle it all, spring start up, maintenance during the summer and fall shut down. They notify me when things need to be done. They bring the plants, they clean the filters they do it all. I have found their pricing to be reasonable and their service professional and thorough. I don’t have their expertise, so when it comes to sound pond and koi advice and maintenance, they offer it and I accept it.

For over a decade, Pondscapes has been taking wonderful care of our pond. We have had a backyard pond for 16 years. Our first pond was installed in 1997 by another pond company. It was not well done, and it was difficult to maintain. We learned of Paul and Stacie, of Pondscapes, six or seven years ago, and they started maintaining our pond then. They have taken excellent care of it. Last year, we needed to have the pond completely rebuilt, and Paul and his crew did a wonderful job. He took such care with big and small details, and we are so happy with the results. The pond we now have is the equivalent of replacing a Ford Focus with a Mercedez Benz. The pond is beautiful, and it also functions so much better and is significantly easier to manage. And Paul and Stacie are always available to answer questions and help with any issues we have. We are so happy with our new pond!
